Our bodies know what we need to be healthy. We have just learned to ignore the signals.

And, we are all individuals that can’t be fit into a one-size fits all program. I believe and focus on providing information to allow you to make your own choices. This is where small group gatherings succeed. Through guiding discussion and sharing information, we learn from each other and then can make choices to incorporate fully, partially or not. Or, by reading research or listening to podcasts, we can evaluate and determine what might work best for us. But WE make those choices for ourselves.

Perhaps by listening to others, we can learn to listen more intently to our own bodies.
