Your Journey to Aging Well – new info and new look

I am excited to share that my book, published in 2020, will soon be updated. I wanted to include information that has come to light since our COVID years. My publisher, Bright Communications, is reviewing the edits as I write this blog. If all goes as planned, the revised edition should be available by mid-summer.

There are two major areas that have been updated. EAT now focused more on whole-food, plant-based options. These last 4 years have included a wealth of research and information that addresses our ability to affect chronic illnesses through our diet choices. In fact, I should be completing a plant-based coaching certification program(Food Revolution Network) by early August. What an amazing program and it will provide me with so much material to add to this website.

The second update is the addition of chapter 6 – Connect. That means the title of the book becomes Your Journey to Aging Well – Drink. Move. Eat. Sleep. Connect. The initial book release was spring 2020 – early into the COVID years. Connecting with others became extremely important for good health and wellness. Unfortunately, around the world, people experienced the loneliness of isolation which makes connecting all that more important.

Stay tuned. The new edition will be added to this site as soon as it becomes available – paperback and e-book.
