My book has been published for two years now. Although my efforts to promote it were thwarted by COVID 19, I continue to “plant seeds” wherever possible. However, the book has received some nice reviews on Amazon and I continue to hear back from some readers about what the book reinforced or made them aware of. So, all in all, I consider it a success for providing the intended information.
I continue to update the Drink, Move, Eat, Sleep files with the intention that one day soon I will have the opportunity to meet with small groups. I want to make sure that I have the latest information to provide. However, it does appear that the 4 pillars of the book (drink water, move daily, eat non-processed foods and get 7-8 hours sleep) continue to promoted with all updates; so the basics are continually reinforced.
