Last year I provided a great recipe for making a cranberry sauce*. Well, I found another one to try this year and I am really liking the ingredients…fresh cranberries, pears, grated ginger, cinnamon, cloves, lime zest and cayenne…and oh yes, a little cabernet. I may even add a little orange on my own!
This recipe was featured in Lehigh Valley Market Place, November 2021 issue and comes from one of the Lehigh Valley’s most renown restaurant, The Savory Grille.
I will be making it in advance as it can keep up to 3 days. Look for a picture of the completed sauce in the next day or two.
